At Uzaif Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. RETURN PERIOD
   You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order in UAE.
   For GCC/International orders: 14 days from delivery.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
   Item must be:

• Sealed and Unused
• Original box and packaging intact
• Batch code not tampered

We CANNOT accept returns on:

• Opened or used perfume bottles – Hygiene reason
• Sale items
• Custom engraved bottles
• Gift sets with missing items

1. HOW TO RETURN

   Once approved, we will provide return details.
   Return shipping cost is paid by customer.
2. REFUNDS
   After we receive the item, refund is processed in 5-7 business days.
   COD orders: Refund via bank transfer.
